2023 Youth Tour Delegates and Staff! Pre-order your 2023 commemorative Youth Tour Shirt highlighting this year’s theme and participating states.
Shirts are only available to 2023 Youth Tour participants, and must be retrieved from the Youth Tour Store, located on the ballroom level of NRECA’s headquarter hotel, the Hyatt Regency Crystal City.
Store hours will be communicated to your state Youth Tour Director and your shirt will be held until you pick it up.
We encourage everyone to pre-order their shirt, as only a limited number will be available for purchase during Youth Tour alongside other Youth Tour merchandise.
